ObamaJoker has been done before, from the merely amusing-

 

to more impressive-

 

but nothing has the heart stopping power of the image above at the top-“provocative guerilla public art” par excellence. The unknown artist deserves at least a part of the NEA grant that Obama is providing to perverts fobbing themselves off as artists.
